Can you erect a Cool Cabanas tent in my Backyard?
Absolutely, we love setting up our beautifully themed 5m x 5m tents in backyards. Note: Our tents require a minimum 7 metre diameter area of flat, firm ground. That’s a 5 meter diameter for the bell tent and 2 metres around the bell tent for the guy ropes. The guy ropes can be pegged into firm lawn and garden areas.
Can you erect a Cool Cabanas tent at a Public Campground?
Absolutely, we love setting up our beautifully themed 5m x 5m tents at Public Campgrounds. Please ensure you have made a booking direct with your campground of choice BEFORE booking a Cool Cabanas package. All site fees are the responsibility of the guest and must be paid directly to the campground. Note: Our tents require a minimum site diameter area of 7 metres of flat, firm ground.
Can you erect a Cool Cabanas tent at a Public Park or Beach?
Yes although please ensure you have checked with your local Council first to get their approval to have a 5m tent ‘with pegs’ erected at your park of choice. Councils may charge a small fee or bond to secure your park area. If your Council has a ‘no peg’ policy we can still help set up an amazing pop up picnic for you instead.
Do you charge a delivery fee?
Yes, our Cool Cabanas bell tents are based in Banksia Grove. A once off fee will be charged for delivery, assembly and collection in additional to the Package charge. Please click here to check our fee schedule. The amount charged is based on the kilometres to be travelled from Banksia Grove to your chosen destination.
What upfront payment is required?
We require a $150 deposit to secure your booking, with the remaining balance to be paid 7 days prior to your booking date. A fully refundable security bond of $200 is also payable at this time.
What’s a No Go in our Bell Tents?
There’s a lot you can do but there’s a small list of things we’d appreciate you don’t do inside the tent.
No smoking, no naked flames, no high heels and please take very good care not to spill drinks that will stain including red wine. Please help us keep our tents and furnishings in tip top condition.
If using a gas stove or BBQ plate, please ensure that all cooking is done outside of the tent and a good 2 metres away.
If using our tent near a beach, please ensure for safety reasons, wet feet are dried before entering the tent.
Are pets allowed in the Cool Cabanas tents?
Sorry, we do not allow pets in our tents.
Are your tents waterproof?
Yes our Cool Cabanas tents are made of high-quality canvas and are waterproof making them ideal to use all year round.
What is the maximum amount of people that the tent will comfortably sleep?
2 – 6 people. We can configure the tent space as follows;
1 x Couple – one queen or two single mattresses
2 x Couples – two queens or 4 single mattresses
Small Family – one queen and up to 4 single mattresses
Children – up to 6 single mattresses
What is your cancellation policy?
Once your deposit has been paid your booking has been confirmed.
If there is a cancellation after booking you will forfeit your deposit.
If less than 7 days notice has been given in writing of a cancellation, you will forfeit your full payment. (NOTE: Any travel charges or bond paid will be refunded in full).
